depends on your skin eye and hair coloring, but apply your smoky eye in layers.
Line your eyes with a black eyeshadow using a dampened brush. This will give you a really nice smokey look. Then, take a white sparkly shadow and cover your whole eyelid, then use a dark gray on the rest of it.


For the subtle lip, I would first put powder on the lips to make the gloss stay in place. Then just simply apply a neutral gloss shade.
