ive been watching youtube videos on how to change the eye color, everything would work fine, but once i press the ';q'; button and color in the iris with red, then i press ';q'; again as i was told and the iris should have a selection line around it. mine doesn't have the selection line around the iris. it actually seems like it wants to color the whole picture still. whats the problem? hope this wasn't too confusing.Cant change eye color on photoshop?
I just use the paint brush and set opacity to 10-20% and layer it on, trust me it's alot easier.

make sure you are on the right Layer. make sure the layer with the picture is selected and not that background. Give more info if this is not the problem but in most cases it is
