is it true that if your eyes are exposed to bright things it will become a lighter shade for example from a very dark brown to a brown color?Having your eye color change natrually?
Yes lighting affects the color of your eyes, bright lights makes your pupils small, thus, showing more of your eyes color. Poor lighting makes pupils large and gives the appearance of darker eyes.

My eye colour changes depending on my moods.. My eyes go a dark green/yellowy clour when im happy. It also changes depending on the whether, like you mentioned in your question.
