Yeah, you can get ink injected into where your color is at. But I definitely imagine it would hurt and I wouldn't want to change my color anyway.

It's possible, if you want to travel to Panama and pay a buttload of money to have a guy blind you. Seriously, too many people who have had the surgery have come out with problems: glaucoma, cataracts, vision loss (some to the point of blindness), deformed pupils (one woman's implant pulled her pupil into an oval shape), constantly red/dry/sensitive eyes. So it's not worth it. It doesn't even look natural - it looks rather zombie-ish.
You can get contact lenses that will do that. I personally would not get surgery.
sometimes it depends you should ask your doctor if they its going to be premanent or not
