What color eye makeup should i wear with a red dress and black hair?

I think a bold red lip, with classic black liquid eyeliner only on the top of your eyelids would compliment both the dress and your hair and give you a sophisticated classy look. My best guess would be to go with smokey eyes and maybe gloss for your lips and possibly some light blush to make make a difference in your skin, but definately the smokey eyes.

If you are going to wear a red dress, then it would be better to keep your eyes looking natural. Try a golden brown shadow, or maybe grey. With just a touch of black eyeliner and mascara.
Red lip, beige eyeshadow, some black eyeliner, and just a hint of a tan blush, I think.
A shimmery gray color.
if u have blue eyes.. put dark black eyeliner and maybe kinda a plum/nuetral eyeshadow. it'll look pretty
